WHAT WE DO
As we move into our 16th season, Wolftree continues to build upon the highly successful science education programs that take young people out of the classroom and into forests and streams — where they experience first-hand the richness of nature and the thrill of scientific discovery! Our staff is supported by professional scientists and trained educators from dozens of private and public organizations. Our team values the success of all our teachers and students. We continue to dedicate substantial resources to young women and minorities that are traditionally
under-represented in the scientific professions. Over the years, Wolftree has faced many challenges, yet they are insignificant when compared to what many of our young people face in their everyday lives.
WOLFTREE NEEDS YOUR HELP
Wolftree can't do this alone. We rely on charitable donations from individuals and small businesses to help leverage funds from national foundations and agencies. Every dollar you contribute will be tripled through matching programs with our partners. For Wolftree to continue serving youth through our hands-on, outdoor science programs, we need your help! No amount is too small.
You can direct where you would like your contribution to go by selecting one of six program areas: the General Education Fund (we will direct the funds to the greatest need); Cascade Streamwatch (Wildwood Recreation Site); Emily's Legacy Fund (funds are directed to projects serving urban and rural underserved communities); Kokanee Karnival Youth Education Program (central Oregon); Science in the Forest (forestry throughout northern Oregon); and the Conservation and Restoration Fund (dollars go to habitat protection and restoration).
Give young people the tools to learn and help us prepare them for careers in science, math, engineering, technology, and natural resources.

OPTIONS FOR A CORPORATION OR SMALL BUSINESS
As with our individual contributions, private organizations can direct their donation to a specific project or activity. A gift to support our general fund will place your business in all our promotional materials. Please let us know if you are interested in sponsoring a particular classroom, event, project, instructional publication or marketing materials. Your name will be promoted amongst our supporters including a variety of small businesses, corporations, and public agencies. So far this year there have been over 65,000 hits on Wolftree's corporate and educational web sites.
